-I finally finished Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood! It took several years, but I did it! And ( cut for spoilers. )

-Husband and I watched the Steven Universe one-hour special that came out earlier this week, and ( cut for more spoilers. )

-I binged the newest season of Miraculous Ladybug on Netflix in two days, and oh man this show is my jam. Please keep the Adrien/Marinette shenanigans coming, and the Alya/Nino bits were adorable as well. I also really liked ( minor spoilers. )

-Land of the Lustrous was exactly what I've been wanting to watch recently--short, pretty, interesting. I could have done with fewer booty shorts on everyone, but it didn't stop me from enjoying everything else. I really hope a second season gets made at some point.



Now I need to figure out what to watch next. Possible contenders:
-the last three seasons of Voltron: Legendary Defender
-the new season of Trolls
-Dragon Pilot
-Dragon Prince
-Little Witch Academia
-She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
-Cells at Work!
-Hunter x Hunter

-one of the other over two dozen shows on my Netflix, CrunchyRoll, or Amazon to watch list???

I am leaning towards G Gundam because it is completely ridiculous and I never finished it the first time round, but everything else also looks tempting....

Canon: Miraculous Ladybug
Pairing: Adrien Agreste/Marinette Dupain-Cheng and all its varieties
Canon Level: Into Each Other, Sort Of

Adrien and Marinette are great because they manage to form a love quandrangle with just the two of them. Marinette (a.k.a. Ladybug) likes Adrien, while Adrien (a.k.a. Chat Noir) like Ladybug. Both the show and the fic are so good to me with so many ways for them to interact with each other and facets of their personalities to explore. I want to see/read about them interacting in all the ways. Ladybug and Chat Noir are friends/teammates with a dash of Marinette worrying her partner wouldn't like the real her if he knew who she was because he worships Ladybug and Adrien just wanting someone to want the real him.

Adrien and Marinette are cute because Marinette's awkward and blushy while Adrien's simply trying to make friends. And then they can be extra cute because Marinette can get Adrien to see the value in regular Adrien (as opposed to Chat Noir or his famous model self) and they can connect as two normal high school kids.

Adrien and Ladybug interacting is great because then they both get to be blushy while talking to their crush. Towards the end of "Volpina" was so fantastic when they're on opposite sides of the door as Adrien and Ladybug and they both sigh, and yessss.

And then Marinette and Chat Noir is the absolute best. Them getting to know each other in the personas that each of them feel is their true self, both of them being able to act naturally with the other since there are no crushes involved. The plot of "Marinette and Chat Noir become friends then fall for each other, possibly in the aftermath of them each having rejected the other's other identity" is great and one I will never get tired of. Plus! At all possible interactions, there's great fun to be had with information that one of them knows but the other doesn't (on both sides to boot too).
