Canon: Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman
Pairing: Lois Lane/Clark Kent
Canon Level: Married
I used to watch Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman every week with my mother. The show was great, and watching with Mom was good times, and I will always be somewhat fond of Dean Cain and Teri Hatcher for their portrayals of Clark and Lois. I happen to really like the interpretation that Clark Kent is the true face and Superman is the persona of Clark/Superman, which the show takes and runs with. It makes Clark a lot more relatable, and the relationship really feels like it has earned its happy ending because Lois had to come to love Clark in addition to Superman. These are two people who work well with each other, who haven't had anything handed to them over the course of falling in love, and who will support each other and work to keep what they have because what they is worth it.
I like Lois and Clark in other incarnations too, but this show is where it started for me.
