Ships that I Ship: Day 38: Kiba/Shino

Canon: Naruto
Pairing: Aburame Shino/Inuzuka Kiba
Canon Level: Teammates

I will admit that I am somewhat predisposed to enjoy pairings from within any of the genin teams because the friends to lovers trope is one of my absolute favorites. But I have a special soft spot for Shino, who's a loner partly due to his generally reserved nature and probably also partially out of self defense because he's a bit weird even for a ninja. I think they'd make a reliable team, on and off the field, switching who took the lead with ease depending on the situation.
