Sometimes there are pairings that make (general) you examine where the line for squicky vs. non-squicky incest is. Neji and Hinata is one such pairing for me, and I think the line for me here is how Neji and Hinata are introduced. Neji is full of anger and resentment towards Hinata and what she represents, and Neji has no warm, family feelings for her, and that has the case for years at that point. So I think that as Neji matures, there are a lot of directions his feelings for Hinata can go, one of which is him standing by Hinata's side as her steadfast support while she leads their house in a new direction. Hinata has a core of strength that's not obvious now but could grow beautifully as she becomes more sure of herself, and I think having Neji at her side can only help.
