Ships that I Ship: Day 36: Gai/Kakashi

Gai and Kakashi are just a lot of fun together, mostly because of all Gai's Gai-ness. They've known each other for a long time, and I think Gai understands Kakashi very well, even if Kakashi probably doesn't want to acknowledge that very often. Their rivalry gives Kakashi, who is a by self-imposed choice, a friend and something approaching normal human interaction without making it obvious, and I think that could be a great base for something more between the two of them.
