Ships that I Ship: Day 29: Eric/Jack
Canon: Check, Please!
Pairing: Eric Bittle/Jack Zimmermann
Canon Level: Dating
They're just so cute and sweet together, how could I not ship them? I admit, I resisted reading the webcomic for a long time, mostly due to the time investment, but I eventually caved, read it, and loved it. Jack and Bitty support each other and are sappy sweethearts towards each other, so it's really not a surprise to me that I got invested in their relationship. I can't wait to see how the comic itself develops, but in the meantime there's fic.

Summary:
Kenny's name had been coming up a lot. Partly because these days, it was hard to talk about the NHL without talking about Kent Parson. Partly because before Samwell, Jack's experience of an American Independence Day had always included a birthday party for Kenny. Partly because - well, because being in Madison with Bitty was. Well. Strange and uncomfortable, in a lot of ways, this week of all weeks, that maybe had Jack worrying at those old frayed ends more than usual.
